Position Overview:
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll work closely with our Senior Account Executive, focusing on identifying and onboarding new clients for our temp-to-perm staffing services. This role is perfect for a people-oriented professional eager to grow in sales, build client relationships, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Conduct consultative meetings and sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our staffing solutions.
  • Cold calling and outsourcing potential new clientele
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work with our internal recruitment team to align client needs with our staffing capabilities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to our business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within staffing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of temp-to-perm staffing is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
