TIPS Personnel is looking for on-call workers to help out with snow removal this season!

Job Duties:
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions as needed.
- Remove snow and ice from designated areas using plows, shovels, and other tools
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning

Requirements/Assets:
- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is an asset
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Physical stamina and strength to shovel snow and operate heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
